Terms of Service

CryptoVerdict is an AI-assisted research platform that aggregates public information about crypto-assets, runs quantitative and qualitative analysis, and produces structured research reports. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service operates on a credit-based model with optional monthly subscriptions. Each research report consumes one or more credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and grant a recurring monthly credit allocation that does not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Some reports are pre-generated and cached daily to keep costs low. Viewing a cached report does not consume a credit. Cached reports reflect the state of the underlying data at the time of generation and may be out of date.

Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Because credits unlock immediately on purchase and the Service incurs real compute cost for each generated report, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (for example, EU statutory withdrawal rights for unused digital content).

If you experience a billing error or a technical failure prevented you from receiving a report you paid for, contact support@cryptoverdicts.com and we will make it right.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Service's outputs.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage reports without written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or billing controls.
• Use the Service to generate misleading market commentary or pump-and-dump material.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the structure of generated reports, is owned by CryptoVerdict and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any inputs you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated reports for your own personal or internal business research.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Reports are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and may lose all of their value. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information presented.

The Service relies on third-party data sources (e.g. market data providers, on-chain analytics) and infrastructure (e.g. Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoVerdict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or where required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or remaining subscription time, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the country in which CryptoVerdict is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
